How to do it

At Anneliese, the baking sheet is produced completely from the raw material to the ready-to-produce product. The raw material used is up to 5000 kg of aluminum coils. Anneliese uses exclusively a high-strength aluminum alloy, aluminum manganese for the production of baking trays.

Constant quality control during the production process ensures a consistently high quality level.

Despite modern and fast manufacturing technology, man plays an important role, also in production. Skilled craftsmanship is just as important as a high degree of responsibility when dealing with material and machine.

In order to be able to supply high-quality products, Anneliese places high demands on all employees and the on going training of the employees.
