Very simple and without order units.
Every outlet will be assigned at least one roller track. The required amount of products to be distributed is shown on the mini displays. The products are presented on trays or in baskets. |

All trays are filled.
With KondiKom half-filled trays belong to the past. If one outlet shall only get a low quantity of products or the tray is not yet filled, this tray remains in the “waiting area”. It will be filled with the next product.
Only if the tray has been filled completely, it will be pushed to roll into the supply area. |

Clean Transfer.
KondiKom guarantees clean product transfer from production to dispatch. The products, which are very delicate in many cases, are distributed onto trays by skilled personnel in the production area.
In the dispatch area the completely filled trays only have to be put into the RollTainers available. |

Reduction of Ways
Once the distribution for one outlet is completed, all trays are loaded into a RollTainer available.
And this is possible without many ways you have to walk and without carrying single trays. This saves time and secures the quality of the products.
