Transport logistics starts with the dough preparation. The dough RollTainers are loaded directly and can then be rolled into the proofer or the freezer. Later it can be brought to the retail outlet in the same RollTainer. |

Delivery |

|
The goods are handed over to the driver in perfect condition. Each product can be transported in a safe and hygienic way. |

Dust, exhaust fumes, rain and other influences have no effect when the transport is carried out in RollTainers. All products reach the outlet or the customer in the same condition as they left the bakery, and all of this without having to carry crates or trays. |

Retail outlet |

At the retail outlet all products that are not displayed on shelves or in the counter can be stored clearly. Stacked baskets are a thing of the past. At a glance you can see which products are still available and how many there are. |
