Coated trays are used more and more in bakeries. Anneliese has therefore been investing in a fully automatic coating line in 2000. The high-quality TopCoat coating mainly depends on strictly adhering to the processing parameters which only allow for very little tolerance.

Chemical pre-treatment is the essence for a consistently reliable TopCoat coating. It guarantees safe adhesion of the TopCoat coating on the tray.

Once the coating robot has been programmed, it works more accurate than any human being would ever be able to. For this processing step the exact observation of the specified µ factor for every coating process is important. This will guarantee a long-lasting good non-stick result.

The fully automatic control documents all line parameters and batch numbers. This ensures the exact retraceability. And this is the basis for a consequent further development of Anneliese TopCoat coating.
