• Never clean your coated trays or tins with any sharp or pointed tools. Damages on the surface are detrimental to the coating.

• Do not store or transport any objects with sharp edges on or in coated products.

• Do not bake on wet coated trays or tins. This might damage the coating in the long run.

What you should observe: 

• Staple the coated baking trays or tins carefully.

• Clean the trays or tins only in the dish washer or with a soft cloth. Wipe off dirt and avoid any cleaning agents. Water is sufficient.

• Dry the coated trays or tins before using them again.
