The right tray for bakeries and confectioneries.

All 1.5 mm thick 3-rim trays are bordered on all sides. This makes the trays more stable and easier to handle. The 2.0 mm thick trays do not require any bordering due to the natural stability of the material, the edges are neatly deburred so that you can hold the trays safely.

If solied aluminium trays have to go through a tray cleaning machine: Anneliese 2-rim trays are available with rims on the short or on the long sides depending on the exisiting tray cleaning machine.

According to EN standard EN 485-4 tolerances of +/- 0.05 mm are acceptable on material thickness. We stick to this.
