All tins are deep-drawn from one piece. Rounded corners avoid dirt traps. Therefore it’s very easy cleaning the deep drawn tins from Anneliese.
Besides the listed standard pan straps we are able to make pan straps from any other tins in accordance with your needs. Furthermore there are covers for tray systems available. Please give us a ring.

Even today baking tin sets used for baking in a baking rack are often put onto trays. The reason for this is that the tin sets are either too large or too small or they do not have any device for keeping or fixing the tin sets in the rack. But this reduces the heat from below and the trays will suffer from the heavy bread tins.
The Anneliese tin sets is adapted to your baking rack. You need no tray anymore for bringing the tin set into the rack.

It is very simple indeed. And extremely stable. The projecting strap offers the possibility to place the tin set safely into the rack. Moreover the projecting strap is like a handle for lifting the tin set. An advantage which you will certainly appreciate when you have to take the hot tin sets off the rack.
